Refund policy
All Sales Are Final…Handmade, Vintage, Distress, Handcrafted items are imperfect by design.
If your item is defective upon receipt or you received the wrong product, please reach out to Jen.grasshopperlane@gmail com within 30 DAYS so we can help resolve the issue.
Items that become defective due to misuse, not following wash instructions or your disaster will not be replaced. You are welcome to reorder at your cost.
Custom Orders will be verified before we start. Once you have approved the order…it’s yours. We will not refund and you are responsible for payment and….if we must redo after approval, it will be considered a NEW order.
We value you each of our customers but we ask that you be mindful of our policies. We are proud to be a locally owned small business.
